EXPUNGEMENTS

Erase Your Criminal Past

Recent law changes in New Mexico now allows for expungement of a criminal record in certain instances. Chris can help you find out if you qualify and represent you through the process. Expungement seals your case, effectively erasing it in the eyes of the law.

The court can grant an expungement after justice has been served (paying of court fines, fees and completing sentence) and a certain amount of time has passed with no other charges or proceeding pending against the petitioner. The period of time you must wait to apply depends on the offense and if you were convicted.
